大家知道，成也房地产，败也房地产，地产，看我前面分析，下跌空间即使还有，但居民负担是实实在在的减轻了，我不是为xx辩护，事实最近的地产基本稳定了，核心地段都反弹了。

没有牛市，至少也没熊市，除非美股不行。

别把新兴经济看的太重，地产才是顶梁柱。不是吗？
