芯片制造过程中，需要在晶圆上一层一层沉积不同材料的薄膜。

光刻负责“画图”，刻蚀负责“雕刻”，而薄膜沉积负责“堆材料”。

先进PECVD产品已经进入规模化量产

它真正的价值，不只是卖PECVD设备，而是在：

薄膜沉积 + 先进存储 + 先进封装

可惜，所有的芯片半导体的估值都到天上了
