**华鑫股份周日发公告，周一开市起停牌，原因是控股股东上海仪电集团在筹划转让股份，可能导致控股股东变更。**

仪电集团和旗下华鑫置业合计持有47.27%，公告没提受让方，说是最多停两个交易日。

公司主业是华鑫证券，今年上半年营收14.29亿元，归母净利润4.02亿元，同比涨了79.47%，10月到上周五股价已经涨了11.44%。

谁来接手，现在谁也不知道，等复牌再看。
