表后发电预测从 40GW调到67GW。  
全球数据中心中心容量大哥在217GW，  
TTP（tme to power），谁有产能？谁能提前交货？

GEV计划的年产能：  
2026约20GW  
2028约24GW  
2030约30GW

Bloom扩到2GW后，即使85%利用率，到2030累计只能交付约7.7GW，  
所以相比18GW需求有巨大缺口。

潍柴动力可能有比较大的机会。

第一层：最快拿到电  
燃料电池、航改燃机、往复式发动机。  
第二层：长期Base Load  
重型燃机、联合循环、核电、电网。  
第三层：配套设备  
变压器、开关设备、储能、UPS、电力电子。
